Marketing Manager

You’re a perfect fit for this role if you:

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract critical insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics.
  • Use marketing automation platforms like Hubspot to measure, track, and improve the marketing pipeline and lifecycle.
  • Can pull together high-level plans and manage outside creative talent

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and executing demand generation campaigns
  • Using metrics to review, measure, track, and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Planning marketing campaigns for cybersecurity conferences
  • Managing outside marketing firms and contractors
  • Understanding industry journalist needs and building relationships
  • Preparing and presenting weekly reports to management
  • Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Established contacts with the media a plus
  • Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Premiere Experience is a plus

Some of the Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in demand generation and digital campaign management
  • Familiarity with security/cybersecurity marketing language
  • Self-starter, can take a general project and run
  • Coachable, well-rounded personality
  • Relationship builder
  • Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Premiere Experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000 - $90,000 per year
